2. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of order placement is the price charged.
Product images are for illustrative purposes. Slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings.
Stock availability is not guaranteed. If a product becomes unavailable after your order, we will inform you and offer a full refund.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
We accept payment via Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery, processed through Razorpay (a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway).
In case of a payment failure, please check with your bank before attempting again. We are not responsible for double charges caused by bank errors — contact us and we will resolve it.
Fenzzicio reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

4. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at hello@fenzzicio.com. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled — you may return them after delivery per our Return Policy. Refunds for cancellations are processed within 5–7 business days.

5. Shipping

Delivery timelines and charges are governed by our Shipping Policy. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our full return and refund terms are detailed in our Return Policy. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of return approval.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on fenzzicio.com — including logos, design, photography, copy, and product descriptions — is the property of Fenzzicio and protected under Indian copyright law. Reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Fenzzicio’s liability in any dispute is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by the Consumer Protection Act 2019.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to: use the site for unlawful purposes, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, submit false information, or engage in fraudulent activity including chargeback fraud.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from transactions on fenzzicio.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Valsad / Surat, Gujarat, India. We encourage resolution through direct communication at hello@fenzzicio.com before initiating legal proceedings. Consumer disputes may also be referred to the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) or appropriate state consumer forum.

11. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date of last revision is shown at the top of this page.
