Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, domestic orders usually arrive within 4–7 business days, depending on your location. Standard shipping is free across India. Paid express shipping may be available for some locations; if so, the price and estimated time are shown at checkout. See our Shipping Policy.

Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details by email or SMS, and on WhatsApp where available. You can also use our Order Tracking page.

Email us at support@fenzzicio.com with your order number as soon as possible, within 12 hours of placing your order. We can only change the address before the order is dispatched, and a change isn’t confirmed until we reply.

Yes, to the destinations shown at checkout. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout, and international orders usually arrive within 7–14 business days after dispatch. Import duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout says otherwise. International orders can’t be returned for a change of mind, but we’ll help if an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.

We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery. All online payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments and Razorpay.

Yes. fenzzicio.com uses HTTPS encryption and all online payments are handled by Cashfree Payments and Razorpay, both PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store your card or bank details.

In most cases, deducted amounts for failed payments are automatically reversed by your bank within 5–7 business days. If not reversed, email us at support@fenzzicio.com with your order number and bank transaction reference — we will investigate and resolve it promptly.

Yes, where COD is shown at checkout for your pin code. We may confirm COD orders by phone, message or OTP before dispatch. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay the full amount at delivery.

Yes. For orders within India, you can request a return or size exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and unaltered, with original tags and labels. Final Sale items can’t be returned for a change of mind. Email support@fenzzicio.com with your order number and the item to start a request. See our full Return & Refund Policy.

If the item is damaged, defective or incorrect, return shipping is free. For other returns, and for size exchanges, a return shipping charge applies based on your pickup location and our courier’s rate. We’ll confirm the charge before the return goes ahead; for refunds it is deducted from the refund amount.

Email support@fenzzicio.com with your order number and clear photos or a video, ideally within 48 hours of delivery. If you notice the problem later, still contact us. We’ll review it and explain the resolution, with no return shipping charge.

Once your return is received and passes inspection, we confirm the refund amount and method. Refunds to your original payment method usually take 5–7 business days after approval, depending on your bank. For COD orders, refunds are sent by bank transfer or UPI to the details you share with our support team.

Yes, where eligible. Store credit includes a 5% bonus on the eligible refund value, can be used on fenzzicio.com, and is valid for 12 months from the date it’s issued.

Yes, within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t been dispatched yet. Email support@fenzzicio.com with your order number; the cancellation isn’t confirmed until we reply. Once dispatched, orders can’t be cancelled, but eligible items can be returned after delivery.

Yes. All Fenzzicio garments are designed and manufactured in India with quality fabrics and craftsmanship.
