Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹5,000
- ₹99 flat rate on orders below ₹5,000
Courier Partners
We ship across India via reputed courier partners. Tracking details will be shared by email once your order is dispatched. You can track your order via the Order Tracking page.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available across India. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order. In case of a failed delivery attempt, the courier will make up to 2 additional attempts before returning the package.
Failed Delivery & Returns to Origin
If a package is undelivered due to an incorrect address or 3 failed delivery attempts, it will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply) or issue a refund (excluding original shipping charges).
International Shipping
We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
