Orders & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.): 2–4 business days. Tier 2/3 cities: 4–6 business days. Rural areas: 5–7 business days. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

How do I track my order?

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also use our Order Tracking page.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Email us at hello@fenzzicio.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot change the address once the order is dispatched.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery. All online payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

Is it safe to pay on fenzzicio.com?

Yes. fenzzicio.com uses HTTPS encryption and all payments are handled by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway. We do not store your card details.

My payment failed but money was deducted. What should I do?

In most cases, deducted amounts for failed payments are automatically reversed by your bank within 5–7 business days. If not reversed, email us at hello@fenzzicio.com with your order number and bank transaction reference — we will investigate and resolve it promptly.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes. COD is available across India. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. Email hello@fenzzicio.com with your order number to initiate. See our full Return Policy.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are via NEFT to your bank account within 7 business days.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. Email hello@fenzzicio.com with your order number. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible — you may return it after delivery.

How do I find my size?

Refer to our Size Guide for detailed measurements. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit.

Are your products made in India?

Yes. All Fenzzicio garments are designed and manufactured in India with quality fabrics and craftsmanship.
